Because these designs are mainly one of a kind and are offered on a limited basis, we do NOT do refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do either an exchange of an equal or lesser value; or an in-store credit for your next purchase!
All orders are shipped FREE via USPS in the USA only (we do not ship out of the USA). We strive to get your order shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the order has shipped, you will be given a tracking number. If you are not satisfied with order, you MUST email us within 2 days of receiving package to get an approved exchange or in-store credit. We DO NOT do REFUNDS.
